Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited activities and content when using Seelq (“Service”), including AI-generated outputs such as try-on previews.

1. Purpose

Seelq is designed for safe fashion discovery and styling. You must use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and non-abusive manner.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Seelq to create, upload, request, or distribute content that includes:

• Nudity, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Exploitation, abuse, harassment, hateful, or violent content.
• Illegal content or instructions to perform illegal acts.
• Content that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

3. AI Try-On Safety

• You must only upload photos that you own or are authorized to use.
• Generated try-on images are intended for personal styling and shopping decisions.
• Attempting to bypass safety controls, filters, or policy enforcement is prohibited.

4. Privacy and Public Use

• Generated try-on images are private by default.
• Seelq does not publicly showcase your generated images.
• You can request deletion of generated images from your Profile page or by contacting support.

5. Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service for violations of this AUP or our Terms of Service, and we may remove violating content where required.
